Our utmost priority is our customers satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.

Hassle-Free Returns
We are happy to exchange, provide store credit, or refund items in new, unused, undamaged, and original condition within 30 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error.

Just send us an email at hello@novelbuys.com, stating your purchase order number and the reason(s) you’re not happy with your purchase. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Full refunds are not available if your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
