Q. My order has been shipped, how can I track my order?
A. When your order shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it. If you can't find the email, send us a quick note at hello@novelbuys.com, and we'll gladly resend it!
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We work with global merchants, to take advantage of the best shipping times at the most efficient costs, but typical shipping times are currently 7-10 business days. Some products shipped to U.S. ship from our local U.S. warehouses and typically take 4-7 business days to arrive. Please check the tracking number included in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your order.
Q. Where will my order be shipped from?
A. Dependent on the product, orders may be dispatched directly from our partners warehouses in China, or the U.S. This allows us some flexibility in our offerings, reduces our overhead and shipping costs and provides us with the ability to pass those savings on to you, in the form of discounts, no sales tax and everyday Free Standard International Shipping. Packages that are shipped from our warehouses in China will be shipped by ePacket and packages shipped from our U.S. warehouses are shipped through USPS or DHL.
Q. Are there any other sales taxes or any other fees that I need to pay?
A. No, we are based in Delaware, and as such, purchases are free of sales tax for U.S. residents and our International customers. However, outside of the US, we are are not responsible for any custom fees you may incur when they arrive to your country.
Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. We currently ship to the following 39 countries.
Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?
A. No. We value your trust and respect your privacy. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.
Q. How safe is it to place an order on your site, will you have access to my bank details?
A. Your card details are secure, payments are processed through Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Novel Buys itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify and is later remitted to us. Alternatively, you can make payment through Paypal.
